Comfy room, great A/C, and surprisingly good wifi. Spacious and modern bathroom, although the open top was a bit odd. Management was incredibly nice and arranged transport for me. You get a free breakfast that starts your day right, and the kitchen is fully equipped. The owners are kind and knowledgeable, and the location is perfect, just a short walk from everything you need.

The value for money at this family-run guest house was amazing. The room was spotlessly clean and the breakfast, made by the mom, was delicious with fluffy pancakes and fresh fruit. The location was perfect, just a few minutes from the center, and the staff, especially Erick, were incredibly friendly and helpful in providing tips and recommendations for our short stay.

Hakuna Matata Guest House is a superb place to stay for families. The hosts, Erick and Dayi, go above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. They organize incredible tours such as the night walk where we saw numerous animals, a coffee and chocolate tour that was educational and delicious, and a thrilling zip lining adventure in the cloud forest. The family room was spacious and spotless, providing ample space for everyone. The location is convenient, close to the bus station and restaurants. The breakfast, with three pancakes and local fruits, was absolutely delicious. The pristine facilities and attentive service truly made our stay exceptional.
The only minor drawback is that the shower provided warm water instead of hot, which seems to be a common occurrence in the area. However, considering the overall outstanding experience we had at Hakuna Matata Guest House, this is a small issue to be aware of.
